These terms govern your use of UAWatch (uawatch.com), operated by The Structured Data Company Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16095340, trading as UAWatch ("we", "us", "UAWatch").

By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

UAWatch is a website monitoring tool that tests whether AI crawlers, search engines, and other bots can access publicly available web pages. It does this by sending HTTP requests using each bot's known user-agent string and checking the response, as well as parsing the site's robots.txt file.

The service is intended for use by website owners, SEO professionals, and developers who wish to understand bot access to their own websites or websites they are authorised to monitor.

2. Accuracy and limitations

UAWatch results are indicative only. Our checks use user-agent spoofing from our own server infrastructure. Security systems including Cloudflare, web application firewalls (WAFs), and CDN-level bot protection may respond differently to real bot traffic than to our test requests. We make no warranty that results are complete, accurate, or reflective of real-world bot access.

You should not make critical infrastructure or security decisions based solely on UAWatch results. Always verify significant findings independently.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use UAWatch to monitor websites that you own or have explicit authorisation to monitor. You must not use UAWatch to:

Monitor websites without the owner's permission.
Attempt to circumvent or probe security systems without authorisation.
Resell or redistribute UAWatch data without our written permission.
Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these terms.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are charged at £10 per site per month, billed monthly in advance.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms at stripe.com/gb/legal.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will be made. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of UAWatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Check results are retained for 30 days. When you cancel a subscription or delete your account, your data is permanently deleted.

6. Intellectual property

UAWatch, its software, design, and content are owned by The Structured Data Company Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for the purposes described in these terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

UAWatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Structured Data Company Limited excludes all liability for:

Inaccurate or incomplete check results.
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Service interruptions or downtime.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of UAWatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
